O que você irá fazer

  • Associate to support the HR Team in facilitating strategic human resources initiatives, enhancing the overall employee experience and development, as well as building and scaling our local team with sourcing, selecting and placing candidates across a variety of roles.

  • ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (Approx.
  • 50%) Lead end-to-end recruitment process with the following elements.
  • Partnering with our local team to elaborate hiring needs, job description, expected profile and relevant compensation package; Keep all interested parties updated on the process''s status; Carry out all types of recruitment, from passive to headhunting, referral processes, to collaborating with external recruiting partners; Be the point of contact to external headhunters and other partners, building trust and assessing the deliverables quality with prompt feedback; Guarantee the best candidate experience; Build a solid local market network, constantly and proactively mapping profiles to create a pipeline of strong candidates.
  • HR Operation (Approx.
  • 40%) Collaborate with the HR Team to ensure smooth and efficient HR Ops routines and activities, payroll management, benefits management (such as inclusion, related inquiries and payments), performance appraisal cycles, employee relations (such as union mandatory initiatives trackage and implementation), ad hoc needed reports, etc; Support in day-to-day HR inquiries, providing any necessary support to the team, internal leaders and/or stakeholders; Participate in the development of internal HR policies and procedures; Support with any other HR Ops related activities.
  • HR Strategy (Approx.
  • 10%) Assist the HR Team in implementing strategies and initiatives that drive organizational and teams performance; Support with Compensation and Benefits projects and strategy, Performance Management framework and enhancements, Learning and Development initiatives, amongst others; Foster a positive workplace environment by supporting employee engagement projects, being an employer branding advocate.
  • Requirements6+ years of proven work experience, at least 3+ years as a HR professional with focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance management and other related topics; Experience in financial institutions; Bachelor''s degree in business administration, psychology or related field; Fluent English (both verbal and written); Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Previous experience supporting international stakeholders; Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills; Knowledge of local labor law (nice to have).
